Clark is Cycling Love

Yesterday I got a chance to go to Clark Pampanga and got our 50km cycling fix inside CDC compound! At first glance, you can see they really do take care of the roads... Who wouldn't want to ride or run here?

Asphalted roads make it great for cycling and running!

After doing almost halfway, we arrived at the famous cycling route here called "The Wall", there are two categories - Wall 1 and Wall 2. This might be the smaller loop and it was really challenging as well.

Here's how to get there -->

"Starting from Petrol Depot, turn right on Manuel Roxas Highway in the direction of the main gate, past Mimosa. Even on weekdays, the wide highway is relatively car-free. Turn right on the corner of Jose Abad Santos Ave. after around 1.5 kilometers. This road will rise slowly up to around 240 meters, including a quick dip in the road after the 3.5-kilometer mark that will give you enough equilibrium for the last climb. The view on the left side near the top of what is now the Sun Valley Country Club is quite nice. At the 5.5-kilometer mark, the road meets the top of Claro M Recto Highway where you turn right, going down past Fontana and back to the intersection of Manuel Roxas Highway. This completes a 7.6-kilometer loop." ~~MultiSport.ph

Overall our riding experience was really fun and we were greeted by cool weather. Would we come back again? For sure and soon!

Btw, if your cycling there, pls don't forget to dropby any korean grocery store and grab a melona ice popsicle :) It's worth it!

Ride safe everyone, Merry Christmas to all!!!
